I am currently recruiting for a well-established, international logistics and distribution organisation in Dartford, Kent. The position will be located within the company's new purpose-built head office. The UK sites have an employee body of over 600 staff who work within a pro-active, results driven environment. 

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Search Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager with a salary of around £40,000 pa. This is a new role and you will work in collaboration with the HR and Facilities Director and Managing Director.

Role description:
- Research, call, meet, persuade and recruit the best applicants
- Employ a dynamic internal search ability to expand deep sector knowledge with the aim of sourcing and recruiting top talent directly
- Work alongside and develop strong connections with hiring managers at facilities across the company
- Track the movement of potential candidates in the market and develop a talent network
- Be innovative in the way that you recruit and source candidates
- Use social media in order to network and attract talent to the organisation
- Utilise the best 'job boards' for attracting candidates and ensure excellence in the content of job descriptions

Qualification/skill requirements:
- Good standard of education
- Skilled usage of IT and Social Media
- Highly articulate (verbally and written) and able to employ skilled reasoning

Experience requirements:
- Significant and demonstratable experience in search recruiting or in an internal recruitment function
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship development skills.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a pro-active, results driven and hardworking individual who has experience in search type recruitment or an internal recruitment function with a particular focus on search to source, approach and attracting the best talent. Applicants must also haven a demonstratable ability for delivering high quality results against targets while staying true to the business's core values. They will also be able to persuade potential candidates, have an infectious enthusiasm for the organisation and possess great interpersonal and customer service skills.
