An exciting opportunity to join the public sector in a temporary to permanent role within the busy property department.
Full training will be provided with this position!
The role with include but is not limited to:
- Planning and coordination to manage facilities services
- Maintain high compliance and health and safety
- Key contact for liaising with tenants, site representatives and staff daily
- Regularly evaluate and audit the service provision
- Provide data reports
- Contribute to planning for future developments
- Supervise and coordinate work of contractors
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues
- Schedule and attend meetings
You’ll be:
- Confident with general administrative procedures
- Experience auditing
- Experience of health and safety legislation
- Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft office
- Customer focussed
- Able to prioritise workloads and problem solve
- Can work under pressure
You must be a driver with access to a vehicle as this role requires travel to meetings at various sites, although this role is based in Epping the interview will be held in Brentwood.
