Reed Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join our highly regarded client based in the centre of Bristol.
Within this position you will be the main point of contact for customers contacting the business and so excellent customer service skills are required. You will be responsible for all administration activities for customers and so attention to detail and administration experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities within the position are:
• Deal with customer enquiries vis email, phone and written communications
• Investigate and respond to all queries
• Ensuring the company database is kept up to date
• Providing a strong administrative support to the customer service team
Applicants must have:
• Experience within an administrative / customer service environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail and a real can do attitude
• A real team player
• Highly IT literate
