Our Client, the Bulgarian branch of an international company, leader in its field is looking to recruit a motivated professional for the position of Baking Center Manager in Sofia. As a pioneer in deciphering the language of bread, the company’s Baking Center network provides clients with sensory analysis, a scientific methodology used to tailor products to consumer tastes. The company welcomes clients from all backgrounds: craft bakers, industrial producers, distributors, R&D teams, etc., in order to assist and advise them. The Baking Center in Sofia is equipped with the most modern generation of machines.

Key Accountabilities:
• To receive the sales department requests (missions or customer receptions);
• To organize the Baking Center program accordingly;
• To get the technicians feedback;
• To link with colleagues of the region /group in order to share ideas, results of trials etc;
• To evaluate the level of product knowledge locally and to suggest the possible training;
• To be involved in the new products development (yeast and improvers);
• To ensure getting competitor samples from markets and make regular benchmarking reports;
• Run the corresponding baking test. To summarize the baking results;
• To prepare the Baking Center budget;
• To report monthly to the General Manager and Regional BC coordinator on the activity details of the Baking Center (distributors visits, key accounts visits, bakers visits and findings, customers reception, training, projects, baking test);
• To elaborate and follow-up the documentation of Integrated Management system quality & safety food.


Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar business fields. Some initial sales/demonstrations experience will be mostly appreciated; Excellent presentation skills;
• Bread making technics, demonstration and training, management;
• Able to encourage innovation, is open to change/new ideas;
• Able to create and organize a team, encourages responsibility, able to make decisions, able to undertake proactive and responsive actions;
• Able to make decisions, promotes cooperation, is customer oriented and ensures top quality service, able to work with others on cross-functional projects, shows transparency and Group spirit.
