Reed Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the biggest charities in Cardiff and across all of South Wales as they look to add a Welsh Speaking HR Administrator to their ranks on a fixed term contract until March 2019. 

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:- 

- Acting as a first point of contact for all organisation queries related to employee and organisation development. 

- Ensure the HR system is regularly updated with any changes and communications with internal and external stakeholders. 

- Updating all payroll, HR and L&D updates for communication out to the business in the form of spreadsheets to monitor performance of recruitment, L&D, sickness and absence. 

- Ensure all departments are able to deliver internal and external audit recommendations. 

- Supporting the team in HR and L&D administrative tasks. 

- Be accountable for maintaining accuracy of all systems.



The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:- 

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with HR experience although this is not essential if you have previous strong Administration Experience. 

- Analytical with the ability to identify HR trends. 

- The ability to speak, listen and write conversations in Welsh.
