We are looking for an experienced Administrator/Resourcer to join our dynamic Marketing team. You will provide administration support to the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering all calls directed to the office and forward to relevant party
Deal with all incoming /outgoing mail and ensure deliveries are processed and passed to the addressee
Provide a professional and honest service to all candidates and create a favourable impact with any candidate contact
Responsible for managing candidate drop-ins into the office
Ensuring that queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, with follow ups where necessary
Ensure all correspondence is completed accurately and with appropriate competence
Office is kept in a tidy and orderly state, and in line with Professional Standards
Support with maintenance of building including logging issues with Property Helpdesk
Monitor the info inbox, breakdown of CV's to the relevant departments and email consultants
IT/Phones/Comms – ordering of PC, Phone and IT hardware
Making candidate’s fully compliant in order to start employment
Act as an ambassador for Reed when dealing with any external parties
Deal with incoming enquiries and requests from clients, candidates and external agencies via telephone professionally and efficiently
Temp payroll - Chasing any outstanding from both candidates and managers. Adding any new managers and sending instructions on how to approve timesheets. Dealing with any timesheet queries that arise promptly
Process holiday pay in a timely manner
Completing candidate references
Managing room facilities and office diary as required by the teams
Support the BM in administering and monitoring the service provided to both internal and external customers
Providing support to BM as and when required on any other projects
Provide operational support, Searching, screening and matching suitable candidates for job opportunities and proactive registration 
Conducting candidate availability calls weekly
Formatting candidates cv's
Creating Consultant marketing drop material
Database cleansing
Lead generation for the team 





Skills Required:
Educated to GCSE Level (minimum)
Must have extensive administration experience within a commercial environment
Proficient in word, excel and PowerPoint
Must possess good typing skills 
Good attention to detail
Able to work in a fast paced, targeted environment
Must be organised and structured 
Able to work to tight deadlines
Be pro active and a team player 
Must be able to communicate on a day to day basis with professionals 
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You must be professional, well presented and possess a good telephone manner 
This is an urgent role, immediately available candidates would be preferred 
Starting Salary £19k
