REED is currently searching for a candidate to work as a Sales Support Representative for our international client focusing on oil and gas industry! If you have experience from customer service or sales, you have great communication and negotiating skills and fluency in English, check this out!
What are you going to do:
- You will be a part of the Sales Organization providing support to the Sales department
- You will act as a key liaison between Sales and the other functions (Supply Chain, Customer services, Credit, BackOffice)
- You will help solving spot issues with customer order (pricing, material availability) and ensure quality service to B2B customers
- Identify and answer customer needs, priorities and complaints in terms of service and product offerings
- Monitor customer orders inflow
- Handle product availability issues and price communications, help defining priorities in allocating product available
- Help Sales team in price calculation and contract development
- Solve pricing and invoicing issues
- Coordinate and prepare data for Business reports
- Collect and share market intelligence, industry and customers insight
What our client needs from you:
- Fluent English (min. C1 level), French as advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or "order to cash", ideally from B2B commercial field
- Ability to work independently and effectively, problem solving, ability to work under pressure
- Great communication, negotiating skills
- Proactive, initiative attitude, flexibility
- Strong Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables)
- SalesForce, SharePoint and SAP knowledge is advantage
