Client mainly distribute to Japanese manufacturing companies which operates all around the world. The focus of this job is to maximize satisfactory from our customer. We are seeking for personalities who are enthusiastic of caring about other people.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities


・Handle of purchase order
・Control of lead time
・Purchase orders to suppliers
・Representative for any enquiries from customers
・Report to the manager if anything occurs which could not be decide by your authority

Responsibilities


・Processing orders and FC, input into database
・Prepare PRR/orders to suppliers, discuss schedules (both suppliers and customers)
・Input supplier invoice into database, provide info about commodity codes to forwarder
・Prepare declaration for government if necessary
・Review stock-in goods in database based on WH's report
・Arrange deliveries to customers
・Issue sales invoice
・Chase overdue invoices
・Maintain and manage stock levels (deadstock)
・Provide support to accounts during closing month
・Discuss with forwarders if any issues occur
・Prepare shipment volume report for suppliers in Japan
・Prepare forecast for suppliers in Japan
・Participate during stock take and solve discrepancies
・Prepare stock take report
・Prepare “Ekokom” (environment) report
・Prepare quotation for customers
・Download schedule from customers website
・Register quotations and data into customer’s website
・Create monthly profit and inventory report

Requested skill
・Well communication skill
・Be enthusiastic about taking care of customers
・Fluent in English and Czech
・Advance Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
・Experiences from similar/same position
