What will be your responsibilities?
- Ensure customer service the best quality customer service for German market
- Solicitation of customers on the follow-up of their parcels, helping them to make the choice on the offer
- Communication and commercial relationship with customers
- Operational management of product returns and customer complaints
Who are we seeking?
- Professional with 2-3 years of experience
- German and English (or possibly French) on professional level
- Sense of anticipation and initiative
- Team spirit
- Good interpersonal and commercial sense
