For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Prague, we are searching for experienced Release Manager.
As a Release Manager, you help clients engineering teams to deliver value and solutions to its external and internal customers in an agile way and Devops culture by enabling efficient, scalable and repeatable release management operations.
The successful candidate is a person with Release management experience and cross-group collaborations skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritize work against multiple deadlines and the ability to direct teams to success. The ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment are essential.
Our ideal candidate
- 4+ years’ experience in Release/product management or relevant project experience with premier organization(s)
- Large enterprise deployment experience in complex heterogeneous environments.
- Must be aware of Cloud computing concept/Phenomena
- Critical eye for detail, Able to Multitask effectively and able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements
- The role requires in general mastery of release management in an application development environment, polished communication / stakeholder's management skills and strong, proven experience in an onsite/offshore model.
- The role requires release and deployment planning & execution, Leading & coaching transformation solutions. Driving Release automation & environment engineering, proficient with PM services
- Experience in, and excellent knowledge of Transformation Management, supporting organizations in their journey going through fundamental changes
