What you are going to do:
- Receives and answers customers inquiries
- Provides pre- and after-sales support
- Informs customers about products and services provided by company
- Separately solves basic customers problems and complaints
- Analyses and records information about inquiry content
- Ensures the service support to the customers
- Provides complete communication between company and dealers, or end users, including administrative works related
- Support logistics and sales department
- Disposes with high degree of communication skills and is customer-orientated
What do you need to have:
• High School and/or University graduates
• Fluency in English and German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Swedish (or Nordics),...
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Professionalism and positive attitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• Team players with the ability to also work independently
