Travel Assistant with Romanian

Job description

Would you like to work in the travel industry and for an international company? For our client in Brno, we are looking for a Romanian speaker with good communication skills and passion for customer service. In this position you will assist global customers in their travels. It’s a dynamic and diverse job where you will never be bored.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be first point of contact for costumers
  • Direct communication with customers via e-mail, phone, or chat
  • Helping customers with refunds, bookings, flight details
  • Providing extraordinary customer service

 

We are looking for:

  • Advanced level of Romanian (C1)
  • Fluent level of English (B2/C1)
  • Excellent communication 
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Independent PC user

 

Working hours: Monday to Friday Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5:15pm.
