We are searching for a Travel agent with basic knowledge of GDS system. The position is for an international company based in Brno (Czech Republic). You would be responsible for creating new booking in GDS, executing ticketing transactions, and calculating refunds and flight changes. Based on your productivity and quality in a short period of time you would be able to move to higher level position.
This is a great opportunity for graduates with basic knowledge, who would like to develop their skills and work for well know international company.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a new booking in GDS system
- Search for alternative flights when the schedule change occurs
- Communication with ticketing partners and airlines
- Be ready for situations with a larger volume of information that can change daily
- Helping to other teams in the company
We are looking for:
- Basic knowledge of GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre/Farelogix)
- Fluent level of English (B2/C1)
- Candidate who is detail oriented
- Willingness to work weekend shifts
