Regional Sales Engineer

Purpose of the role:

  • Managing the business and activities of the assigned geographic area with the objective of growing total sales and profitability.
  • Determination of necessary actions and coordination to ensure that activities are executed in a manner consistent with company Global Vision.
  • In general, the person reviews and qualifies all activities in the region and ensures that the best sales resource is addressing the task at hand.

Major responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the solution selling model and engage other members of the Sales Organization where necessary to ensure success. Both locally and globally.
  • Execute all phases of the Order Creation process, Perform Annual Business Reviews for existing customers, taking action where conditions necessitate changes in the terms of supply.
  • Business Development – Acquisition of new customers together with Key Account Management
  • Coordinate all sales personnel in a territory and communicate with the Sales Manager when unusual or atypical situations arise and work assignments need to be adjusted.

Essential qualification:

  • Excellent organizational skillset, with attention to detail is must
  • Exceptional business development and sales expertise
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical aptitude or experience
  • Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English (and ideally German) and Czech/Polish Language
