Operations Analyst

Job description

We are looking for an Operations Analyst for our client which is a provider of a platform that enables event organizers, venues and artists to enhance their ticketing, ensure shows are full and provide a safe, official reservation system and allows fans to return their tickets to the official point of purchase for a fair price.

  • Provide operational support for client account assigned work
  • Assist in the launch process for new clients
  • Investigate and resolve platform setup issues
  • Pick and structure event data from different teams
  • Creating, monitoring and reporting on operational processes to build and create case studies for process improvements
  • Assist in preparing status, activity and performance reports
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams, data analysts, and leadership of other teams to solve cross-functional business issues and requests affecting our clients
  • Reporting analysis and reporting preparation
  • Work in the US timezone (late evening/night locally)

Requirements and qualifications

  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Strong knowledge of English (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment and complex workflow processes
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Good understanding of live music industry field
  • Meta data experience
