Job description

Our client has a Microsoft and Cloud first strategy so as their 1. Level+ supporter you need to have great knowledge of Windows 10+11 and Microsoft 365 systems. Besides daily users support, you will be working with Microsoft Azure set up and reporting, networking and subnets and many other things related to operation of IT infrastructure.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Active Directory and Azure Active Directory set up & policies
  • Azure rights management
  • Azure VM management
  • Office365 and Hybrid Exchange management
  • Intune and SCCM set up and reporting

 

Personal qualifications:

It is important that you have great communication skills and empathy. You need to be able to work both as part of a team and on your own. We expect you to be creative and show initiative when working on projects and give your input to the team to get the best collective results.
