Customer Account Specialist with Languages

Job description

REED is currently looking for junior as well as senior candidates who enjoy communicating, have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and want to use their language skills for our international client. If you speak fluent Italian, Polish, French OR German and would be interested in developing in this sector, read further!

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and answers customer inquiries
  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and look after them through the entire order to cash process
  • Inform customers about products and services provided by the company
  • Improve the clients experience during order entry, processing, logistics and delivery
  • Build and manage successful relationships with clients
  • Analyse and record information about inquiry content
  • Support and act as a coordinator for the supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and sales department
  • Work on other business-related projects when need be

Experience and skills:

  • High school and/or university graduate
  • Fluency in English AND Italian, Polish, French OR German language
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
  • Team players with the ability to also work independently
