REED is currently looking for junior as well as senior candidates who enjoy communicating, have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and want to use their language skills for our international client. Responsibilities:
- Receive and answers customer inquiries
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and look after them through the entire order to cash process
- Inform customers about products and services provided by the company
- Improve the clients experience during order entry, processing, logistics and delivery
- Build and manage successful relationships with clients
- Analyse and record information about inquiry content
- Support and act as a coordinator for the supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and sales department
- Work on other business-related projects when need be
Experience and skills:
- High school and/or university graduate
- Fluency in English AND Italian, Polish, French OR German language
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
- Team players with the ability to also work independently
