Are you proficient in German? Do you have experience in interacting with customers, either face to face or via phone or email? Do you like working with people? We are recruiting for a B2B Customer Service Representative with German who will be part of a small team in our client's shared service centre in Brno, Czechia. This role comes with a relocation package if you are currently abroad and allows you to work remotely from anywhere in Czechia with the limit of being at least 2 times a month in the Brno office.
What will you do?
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Remote trainings and consultation for customers regarding the products
- Analyze and provide support with technical issues
- Create simple monthly invoices
- Cooperate with diverse departments of the company
- Document customer inquiries in Salesforce and other databases
What qualities should you have?
- Fluent German and English (B2/C1+)
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Customer and detail oriented personality
- Eligibility to work in Czechia
- Advantage: Previous customer service experience
