Administration with Spanish

Job description

Do you speak Spanish and English? Do you want and to use your language skills mainly in email communication? Are you interested in finance or even have an experience in this field? Is your dream to work in an international company? Currently, we are hiring for the position of Accounts Payable with Spanish. This position is perfect for fresh graduates, but we are open to process experienced professionals as well.

What will you do?

  • Check and process incoming invoices
  • Everyday communication with suppliers and colleagues from other branches. The communication is mostly via email but sometimes by phone so you will have the opportunity to gradually improve your Spanish and English
  • Reconciliation of internal and external supplier balances and confirming balance sheets
  • Regular reporting and cooperation with the finance department on closing financial statements

We are looking for

  • Fluent level of English and Spanish (B2+)
  • Experience with MS Office - mainly with MS Excel
  • Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic
  • Advantage: Knowledge of SAP
  • Advantage: Education in the field of finance 
  • Advantage: Interest in the field of finance
