Administration with German

Job description

An international company located in Brno is looking for a German speaker who would like to start working in Administration. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to use their language skills on a daily basis but prefer mostly email communication. The role is perfect for a fresh graduate with little or no experience to gain skills, but also for an experienced professional who does not mind going back to junior role.

What will you do?

  • Check and process incoming invoices
  • Communicate with suppliers and colleagues from other branches usually via email, but sometimes it might be via phone. 
  • Reconciliate internal and external supplier balances and confirm balance sheets
  • Regular reporting and cooperation with the finance department on closing financial statements


What qualities are we looking for?

  • Advanced level of German (B1+)
  • Fluent level of English (B2+) OR Proficient Czech (C1+) with advanced English (B1+)
  • Be familiar with MS Office package
  • Attention to detail and great communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in Czech Republic
  • Advantage: Education in business or economics

Working hours: Mon-Fri, flexible working hours with a core between 9am – 3.30pm
